1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to purchases from catchclicker.com and use of the website and CatchClicker app. The store is operated by Catch Clicker LLC ("CatchClicker", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in Georgia, company identification number 405585969.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. These terms do not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
2. Products and orders
Product descriptions, prices, available payment methods and any applicable delivery charges are shown before you place your order. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled order.
Product images are illustrative. We will supply products that match the agreed description and specifications shown at the time of purchase.
3. Payment and delivery
Payments are processed through the payment methods and providers shown at checkout. Our dispatch schedule, delivery estimates, destinations, free-shipping threshold and import-tax information are in our Shipping policy.
4. Warranty and faulty products
Our manufacturer's warranty, covered faults, exclusions, repair process, refurbished replacement option and shipping arrangements are set out in our Warranty and faulty product returns policy. The manufacturer's warranty is additional to any mandatory legal remedies for faulty or non-conforming goods. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. App and device use
Use the device, batteries, battery cover and app according to the supplied instructions. Some app features require a compatible device, Bluetooth, location permission or an internet connection. Location permission is used for fishing-related features, such as recording and displaying fishing locations and session history. We do not use location data for advertising.
We may make reasonable updates to the app for security, compatibility or operation. This does not remove obligations relating to functionality or updates that form part of your purchase or are required by applicable law.
6. Website use and intellectual property
CatchClicker branding, product designs and original website content belong to CatchClicker or its licensors. You may use the website for its intended shopping and support purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or interfere with the website or another customer's use.
You retain ownership of content you submit. If you publish a review, you allow us to display that review and the display name you choose for store-related purposes. This does not give us ownership of private app data, fishing records or other personal content.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information, including order information and app data. When you delete your app account, associated personal and app data is deleted, subject to information we must retain by law or for a documented legal claim.
8. Service availability and liability
We work to keep the website and app available, but temporary interruptions may occur. We are responsible for our obligations under the contract and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Complaints and disputes
Please contact us at info@catchclicker.com if you have a question or complaint. These terms are governed by Georgian law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. You may bring a claim before any court that has jurisdiction under applicable law. These terms do not require private arbitration.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future orders. The version in effect when your order was accepted applies to that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
