Where we deliver

We deliver to the countries available at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact info@catchclicker.com before placing an order so we can check the available options.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free for orders over €100.

When we dispatch your order

We dispatch orders from Georgia every Thursday.

Orders received by 09:00 on Wednesday, Tbilisi time (UTC+4), are included in the next day's Thursday dispatch. Orders received after this cut-off are included in the following week's Thursday dispatch.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7–18 business days from dispatch. This estimate does not include the time between placing your order and our weekly dispatch.

Deliveries to Australia and South Africa may take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or local carrier delays.

Import duties and taxes

For the European Union countries we deliver to, no additional import duties or taxes are payable by the customer on delivery.

For Australia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Norway, Serbia and South Africa, the recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges. For these destinations, free shipping covers delivery charges and does not include import duties, taxes or customs clearance charges.

Tracking your order

Tracking information is sent by email when it becomes available. You can also use Track My Order on our website.

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact info@catchclicker.com with your order number so we can investigate with the delivery partner.
